Review and reuse material versions
View prior versions and create a separate material draft from an older version.
Review previous material versions or copy one into a separate draft material.
View prior versions
Open the Versions settings to review published snapshots.
Open the material in Workspace.
Go to Settings.
Select Versions in the settings sidebar.
Review the published versions.
Select View to preview a version.
Create a material from an older version
Copy the selected version into a separate draft.
In Settings > Versions, select View for the version you want.
Review the content in preview mode.
Select Create draft from version.
Enter a title and select Create Draft.
Continue editing the separate draft material.
Enlytning gives the copy a new material ID. Changes to the copy do not alter the original material or its version history.
Publish the copied material
After you finish editing:
Select Publish in the editor header.
Review the publish checks.
Select Publish to release the copied material’s first version.
