Review training reports
Monitor compliance and training progress across an organisation or managed team.
Use Reports to monitor training compliance and progress. Admins and Owners can review organisation data, while people managers can review the people below them in the management hierarchy.
Choose an organisation or team scope
Your role and management responsibilities determine the available reporting scopes:
- Admins and Owners: Open Reports for the organisation-wide view. If you manage users, use Organisation, My all reports, and My direct reports to change scope.
- Creators and Regular users who manage people: Open Team Reports in the sidebar, then choose All reports or Direct reports.
- Creators and Regular users who do not manage people: These roles cannot access reporting.
All reports includes your direct reports and everyone below them in the management hierarchy. Direct reports includes only users who report directly to you.
Review the compliance snapshot
The top of the page displays a compliance snapshot for the selected organisation or team scope:
- Overall completion rates
- Overdue assignment counts
- Key compliance metrics at a glance
Compare report views
Reports offers two perspectives on your training data, accessible via tabs:

Find report records
Use filters, sorting, and search to narrow the visible records.
Filter report records
The Material tab includes these filters:
- Type: Show only courses, policies, or surveys.
- Status: Show published or draft materials.
The Users tab includes this filter:
- Groups: Show only members of specific groups.
Sort report columns
Click a column header to sort by its metric:
- Overdue assignments (identify problem areas)
- Completion rate (find high or low performers)
- Material name or user name (alphabetical)
Search by name
Use the search bar to find specific materials or users by name.
Export report data
Export your current view as a comma-separated values (CSV) file:
Configure your filters and sorting.
Click Export.
Download the CSV file for the current view.
Exports include all columns visible in the table and respect your active filters.
Export all
Exports include all matching records, not only the current page.
Review generated insights
When AI Insights is enabled, artificial intelligence (AI) generates prioritised findings in the AI Insights section. It appears only in the organisation-wide Reports view.
For the field definitions, see Understand learning-data insights.
Check report permissions
Report permissions limit each person to their organisation or management hierarchy:
- Admins and Owners can view organisation-wide reports.
- Any user who manages at least one active user can view reports for their management hierarchy.
- Team reporting never expands access beyond the manager’s own direct and indirect reports.
