Assign published materials

Configure a course
Course settings control assessment and feedback:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Passing Score | Set the minimum percentage learners must achieve, from 0% to 100%. Disable it to count any completion as passing. |
| Max Attempts | Set 1 to 10 attempts before each deadline. Disable it to allow unlimited attempts. |
| Hide Answer Feedback | Let learners review attempts without showing which answers were correct. |
| Leaderboard | When enabled, learners can see a ranked list of their peers based on scores. |
Configure a survey
Surveys have a single setting:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Anonymous Responses | Anonymise responses so reports show aggregate results without identifying respondents. |
Configure a policy
Policies have no additional settings. Learners read and acknowledge them, with a signature when the policy includes one.
Confirm the assignment
After you configure the deadline, confirm the assignment:
Review the assignees, settings, and deadline.
Select Confirm.
Select Assign course, Assign policy, or Assign survey in the confirmation dialog.
Check the notification for the number of assigned learners.
Selected learners see the material in Learn on the configured start date.
To remove access later, see Unassign learners from a material.
